CyberFi Samurai are thrilled to introduce our newest IDO offering — D-ETF! This two-round IDO is going down on the Samurai Launchpad on March 9, 2022, 11:00am UTC. Interested investors at the Ninja tier (100 $CFi staked) and above can whitelist for the IDO on Samurai from March 3, 14:00 UTC.

About D-ETF

D-ETF is a decentralized exchange traded fund (D-ETF) operated by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). The primary purpose of the D-ETF is to offer a DeFi instrument which gives token holders broad exposure to great projects in the cryptocurrency sector through a single token.

D-ETF has a dividend yielding structure, meaning a total of 3% of transaction fees from daily overall volume is distributed to existing token holders (1.5%) and added to the intrinsic value (1.5%). The structure is designed to reward long-term holders and add intrinsic value regularly. Overall, D-ETF intends to provide a great foundation for both engaged and passive investors who want exposure to multiple assets with only one token.

The tokens representing the intrinsic value of the D-ETF will be determined by the token holders through suggesting and voting logic on D-ETF’s DAO platform. The intention is to give token holders the possibility to participate in the investment selection. Once the underlying intrinsic value reaches 100,000 D-ETF, the D-ETF smart contract automatically sells the tokens at market price for USDC. This USDC is added to the intrinsic value pool and D-ETF token holders can make proposals on how to allocate the funds. All protocol changes must go through a selected voting period of 2 days followed by a 1-day time-lock period, thereby, preventing even administrators from making changes without consent from the community.

D-ETF offers exposure to an array of crypto assets in a transparent, cost-effective, and decentralized manner.

D-ETF Tokenomics

DETF is an Ethereum-based ERC20 standard token with a total supply of 100 million tokens. The listing price of DETF will be $0.60. Information on initial circulating supply will be provided closer to TGE.

Participation on Samurai

D-ETF will be holding a two-round IDO on Samurai. The first IDO (120k raise) sale for DETF will be at a price of $0.09 per token. The second IDO (100k raise) will begin at the conclusion the first one at a price of $0.12 per token.

The D-ETF IDOs are set to take place on Wednesday, March 9, 11:00am UTC on Samurai Launchpad.

This LOTTERY-BASED whitelist IDO is open to all stakers at the Ninja tier (100 $CFi staked) and above on a first-come, first-served basis.

Whitelist Start: Thursday, March 3
Deadline for whitelisting: Wednesday, March 9, 04:00 UTC
Whitelist winners announcement: Wednesday, March 9, 06:00 UTC
IDO participation: Wednesday, March 9, 11:00 UTC to Thursday, March 10, 11:00 UTC.
$DETF TGE: March 25, 2022, 14:00 UTC on Uniswap

Whitelisted stakers in all tiers are eligible to purchase $DETF at the Public Round (IDO) price of $0.09 BUSD per $DETF in round one and then $0.12 per $DETF in round two (Yes, listing price is $0.60). The token can be purchased in allotments between $300 BUSD and [max TBD] BUSD on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tokens purchased at IDO are subject to vesting with 50% unlocked at TGE and 50% unlocked after six months (25/9/2022).
