* Potential investors need to fill in the form (mentioned below) and follow the instructions stated in this form to be eligible to participate in the upcoming sale. This form will be live until June 26th, 2021 at 4PM UTC. The sale will be conducted in accordance with the tiers and principles mentioned below.
* As stated in the Iagonās whitelist form, investors from restricted jurisdictions canāt participate in this IDO and people will need to pass the necessary KYC formalities.
Tiers for DIS Holders*
* The exact weighting of the tiers will be disclosed the day after the snapshot.
As a reminder we want to highlight that participants who hold the amounts of DIS mentioned below in their BSC/ETH Wallet (one address subjected to KYC formalities) at the time of the snapshot (and bearing in mind that the necessary forms need to be completed beforehand), will qualify for certain benefits. Any unclaimed spots will be allocated to the backup whitelist (or other tiers).
1. Elite Tier (500 DIS)
This includes participants holding at least 500 DIS tokens in their wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes DIS tokens that are staked in the DIS Pool or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. There will be a guaranteed allocation for Elite members.
2. VIP Tier (100 DIS)
This includes participants holding at least 100 DIS tokens in their wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes DIS tokens that are staked in the DIS Pool or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. There will be a guaranteed allocation for VIP members.
3. Holder Tier (50 DIS)
This includes participants holding at least 50 DIS tokens in their wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes DIS tokens that are staked in the DIS Pool or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. These members will be eligible to participate on a first-come-first-serve basis.
4. Public Tier (10 DIS)
This includes participants holding at least 10 DIS in their wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes DIS tokens that are staked in the DIS Pool or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. These members will be eligible to participate on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Snapshot Details
In order to determine the tiers a snapshot will be taken on June 26th, 2021 at 6PM UTC. This snapshot will include all tokens held on a userās wallet (one address that is subjected to KYC formalities) and will include all (staked or farming) DIS (LP) tokens (on the Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain).
